What is the process of ordering prescription lenses?

 

Prescription lenses are ordered on a Pre-Order basis. We collect all prescription orders for the month and around the 28th of each month we place a batch order for prescription lenses. Prescription lenses take 3-4 weeks to arrive from the date we place the order which is usually around the 28th of each month. You can choose the colour of lenses and prescription you need in our Prescription Lenses Page. If you have different powers for each eye you must order 2 pairs of the same lens. Once you have placed the order for your prescription lenses you will receive a confirmation. A second confirmation will then be sent once the lenses have been dispatched and ready to be delivered to you. Please be advised that you must ensure you are ordering the correct prescription so please check with your opticians beforehand. Prescription lenses are non-refundable. If you pay for Next Day delivery with your prescription lenses then your lenses will be the first to dispatch once we receive them. If you have any other queries please contact us for further help.


How long do your lenses last?

 

Our lenses are yearly and can be used for a year from when they are opened.

 

How do I take care of my lenses?

 

Please ensure you place your lens in the lens case provided with some fresh solution that is suitable for contact lenses. Ideally you should be changing the solution in your lenses every 3 days or so.

 

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! All our products are cruelty free.

 

Can we refund/return items?

Any makeup item that is opened even to check shade is not eligible for a refund/return. If they are unopened in its original packing with all seals intact then they may be eligible for a refund/return up to 14 days after delivery.
No refunds/returns are eligible on contact lenses that have been opened, worn, damaged or bought for more than 40% off the original RRP. 
If any product arrives damage we will not be held responsible as all products are thoroughly checked before dispatch therefore damage must have occurred during transit so you must raise the issue with the courier service directly.
Once orders have been placed we will not be able to amend/change the order.

If tracking shows recipient receiving the parcel we have the right to not accept your refund/return request.
If there are any issues with couriers and delivery by them you must chase this up with the couriers directly. Use your tracking number to speak to the courier service directly and resolve any issues. We are unable to do anything if the package is shown delivered or if someone received it.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING FOR PRESCRIPTION ORDERS IS 1-2 DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE THEM.
